The Wilks coefficient normalises a total across body weights:

Wilks score = coefficient(bodyweight) × total lifted

The coefficient is a polynomial in body weight, larger for lighter lifters because lifting a big total at low body weight is harder pound-for-pound. Relative strength is simply your lift divided by your body weight.
